Salad with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • two boiled chicken thighs
  • 300 g of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • mozzarella
  • mayonnaise

Preparation:

  1. Boil chicken thighs. Fry mushrooms with onions.
  2. Boil the eggs.
  3. Form a salad.
  4. Mayonnaise-chicken-mayonnaise-white-mayonnaise-mushrooms-mayonnaise-yolk-cucumber-cheese. In the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.
