
Galeta with strawberries
Ingredients for 2 pcs.:
For the dough
- 200 g of flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 70 ml of oil
- 70 ml of boiling water
For the filling
- 700 g of strawberries
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp starch
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Cut the strawberries. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with starch.
- Spread the strawberries and sprinkle with sugar and starch.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 gr.
