Galeta with strawberries

Ingredients for 2 pcs.:

For the dough

  • 200 g of flour
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 70 ml of oil
  • 70 ml of boiling water

For the filling

  • 700 g of strawberries
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp starch

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the strawberries. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with starch.
  3. Spread the strawberries and sprinkle with sugar and starch.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 gr.
